Bellever Forest

A classic Dartmoor spot set in woods with a river flowing through the area. Picnic benches and easy trails through the woods and the possibility of seeing Dartmoor ponies.

Good For:

Paddling in the summer;

Peaceful woodland walks;

Pram/pushchair friendly path to the river bank.

Maybe best to avoid if:

High summer or bank holidays (unless we get there early);

You’re after some post-shoot refreshments.
