I’m going to be completely honest with you, so I don’t waste your time.
Choosing the right photographer for your family really matters — and I’ll be honest, I’m not the right fit for everyone.
If you love posed, studio-style portraits and perfectly directed smiles, I might not be your person.
But if your happiest days are spent outdoors — salty hair at the beach, muddy boots on the moors, — then you’re very much in the right place.
You love watching your children grow, even while wishing time would slow down. You know these days won’t last forever.
The idea of a family photoshoot might make you cringe slightly… yet you also know that thousands of iPhone photos from days out won’t quite capture how this time of life feels.
I photograph outdoors-loving families in places that matter to them. We spend an hour or so somewhere you love, doing what you naturally do, while I quietly capture the connection, laughter and love between you.
No studios. No awkward poses. No forced smiles.
Just real life, fresh air, and beautiful images you’ll want to hang on your walls and treasure for years to come.

What does a photoshoot with me involve?
I want you to have a fun and relaxed experience that allows you to be yourselves.
Posing is kept to an absolute minimum and even then I will never tell you to ‘stand there, put your hand here, say ‘cheese’ - I promise! The more fun you all have, the more natural your pictures will be. Be yourselves and you’ll love the results.
Play games, explore, search for frogs, throw leaves, build sandcastles, paddle.
Just be you as a family and I’ll embrace the individuality (who said chaos?) as I truly believe that’s when the uniqueness of your family appears and the results will be unique family pictures of you all.
